Paper Pumpkin Kits!

Subscriptions are all the rage right now.  I can go on and on about how much I love my stitch fix and naturebox subscriptions- they are convenient and fun.  So, of course I am excited to tell you about Stampin' Up!'s subscription craft box, Paper Pumpkin!  Stampin' Up! is having a great sale on 3 month subscriptions, so let me tell you more about it.

When you sign up, Stampin' Up! will send you a little orange box filled with everything you need to complete a super cute paper project. The project could be a card set like this one or a different kind of paper craft. Past paper pumpkins have included gift boxes, gift bags, and a mini photo album. It's a fun surprise each month.  This is a fantastic way for beginners to experience stamping projects.  It's an easy way for experienced crafters to get creative and satisfy that hankering when you're in need of a craft-fix. It's a great way for anyone to build up their stamp collection!

Let's take a look at this Paper Pumpkin kit from a previous month.

Each kit comes with a stamp set and a mini stamp pad. This kit is from last year's June Paper Pumpkin box, hence the Father's Day theme.

Here is the paper-pack- it has pre-scored cards, envelopes, perforated tags, etc.  Some of the paper is backed with a sticker so you barely need glue.

Look at the cute embellishments! (I may have played with this before I showed it to you...)

Each kit comes with directions..... but if you wanted to, you could pull out a bunch of scrap paper and the Stampin' Write markers in the 2014-2016 In Colors to add a little color.  You could use another stamp set, like the Show and Tell photopolymer sets #1 and #2 to add a little more decor.  And of course, you could drink some dandelion root tea, because that's this crafters drink of choice while mess-making..er...crafting.

(card using kit contents only on right side, added extras on left side.
Note to self: remove groceries on other side of table before snapping website photos)

Each month's project can be completed in about 40 minutes, or you can create as you please.  I think these kits are a great "rainy day" craft project.  When I'm bored I can just pull it out and make a quick, pretty craft.  It's also perfect for sharing with nieces and nephews, grandkids, or, you know, your kids.

A subscription would also make a great GIFT!  I would freakin love you forever if you signed me up for this.

How do you get one?? Let me tell you!!  It's so convenient, you can sign up for a 1, 3, 6, or 12 month prepaid subscription. Here's the breakdown:

1 month  prepaid subscription: $19.95
3 month prepaid subscription: ON SALE for $54.85 (usually $59.85)
6 month prepaid subscription: $113.70 (save $1 each month)
12 month prepaid subscription: $215.40 (save $2 each month, that's like getting one free month)

If you buy a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription by March 31st, you will qualify for free Sale-a-bration items.  During March Sale-a-bration, for every $50 you spend, you get to pick 1 free item from the Sale-a-bration catalog.

If you purchase a 12 month subscription, you will get to pick FOUR free sale-a-bration items and qualify for $25 in Stampin' Rewards - which means you get an additional $25 of free product.  That's a ridiculous amount of free crafting stuff, guys.
